"Forgivenly"
Good-bye unhappy nag nag poison, blow hard bonfire, dust storm in my eye. Here's a beanie for your scrappy head. What's the rush woodrat bonestalker, bong bong shark, dust bag sack, pack up treaty and pact ? Good riddance to your growling two face frantic discipline, talk talk trainwreck, sudden purple chest pop, pickax prick and pierce, Mr. blowup. Call it: a gift, a get out of jail card. Christmas. I strip down to my kindly second nature and put on my unwary bonnet. Through rosy glasses, down a dreamy boulevard, I don't hate your scrawny heart nor gag and spit your name in the toilet. I do not wish the vile maggots to invade your mean mouth after mooning over morsels of your faded photograph. I do not startle the gods into revenge nor send psychic disaster into your airspace. I overlook, I concede, I grant and yield, I condone, and free you from blame. I absolve you of sin, I pardon, excuse, release you from liability, I am unvindictive. You're off the hook. © 2008 Brenda Morisse
